Aveland House is a family run, licensed guest accommodation, located in  picturesque Babbacombe, Torquay. Owned and run by Jacqui and David since 1997, the Aveland House is the ideal location for holidays, short breaks and business trips.

Aveland House is set in a quiet location near to Cary Park and within a five minute walk of Babbacombe seafront, boasting stunning panoramic views across Lyme Bay as well as blue flag beaches; safe for swimming, diving, sailing, exploring rock pools or just relaxing in the sun.

Aveland House is perfectly situated within walking distance of Babbacombe and St Marychurch Village and shopping precinct, and within easy reach of Torquay harbour, seafront and town centre. We are ideally located for beaches, shops, restaurants, theatres, bars, attractions and Torquay United FC.

We offer single, double and family rooms, all en-suite and each comfortably furnished to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. We also offers a fully licensed bar, two lounges with televisions, free private off street parking, garden with seating, bike storage, and free Wi-Fi broadband available to all our guests.

The Aveland House is a non smoking hotel, except for designated areas outside.
